First sterilization campaign of the season complete!

Wow, our hardworking volunteers went above and beyond with our recent campaign (Nov 21-29th). With visiting Dr. Luís Lizarraga at the helm, his wife Janine and our crew surpassed our goal with a total of 117 sterilizations!! Of this 112 (96%) were Mexican national pets. 41 female and 20 male dogs were fixed, as well as 32 female cats and 24 male cats. Other important surgeries totalled 12 during the campaign, and 206 vaccines were given.

Thank you for choosing to be a responsible owner and sterilizing your pet! Spaying/neutering is critical to ending pet overpopulation and we applaud you for doing your part to help end the suffering of homeless animals.
